Joe White is one of the country’s most compelling and dynamic speakers. Joe has captivated millions of people with his passion and enthusiasm for people and especially college students.
Joe White is the president of Kanakuk Kamps and founder of Kids Across America and Cross International. Each summer the camps host 18,500 campers and 1,700 college-age and professional staff.
After growing up in Texas, Joe attended Southern Methodist University where he won the Heart-Award as a two-year starting defensive tackle for the SMU Mustangs. At SMU Joe also met and married his wife of 39 years, Debbie Jo. After graduation Joe coached football at Texas A&M before moving to Branson to run Kanakuk Kamps with Debbie Jo.
Joe has been speaking to college students for over 30 years and is passionate about painting an accurate picture of the person of Jesus in history along with sharing the authentic message of the cross. The dynamic and compassionate style in which Joe shares connects with students in a genuine way and has been extremely impactful on campuses nationwide. Regardless of background, belief, or lifestyle, Joe is engaging and relevant to students with the style and content of his message.
